La tranquillità e la privacy, l' ordine e la pulizia, l' organizzazione, fanno della Tenuta Montincello (attenzione alla N o il navigatore vi porterà altrove) un luogo molto piacevole dove trascorrere una vacanza in relax..
Si trova nelle vicinanze della spiaggia di Scialmarino.
I villini sono spaziosi e ben suddivisi.

Posizione eccellente, vicino a bellissime spiagge ma immerso nella natura e in una magnifica tenuta di ulivi; tranquillità e silenzio; la tenuta produce un olio veramente eccellente; ampio spazio dove i bambini possono giocare in tranquillità.

Un grand merci à Angelo pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans un environnement arboré, calme et spacieux ce qui a beaucoup plu également à notre chienne "Bella". La mer est à 15 minutes à pieds avec la possibilité de faire une pause en terrasse à la boulangerie "panificio market giufferda" où la patisserie locale est excellente. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue qui est un vrai plus. Un supermarché est à 5 min. en voiture où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Les logements avec terrasse sont espacés entre eux ce qui permet d'avoir une certaine intimité. Il y a une table de ping pong ! Nous n'oublierons pas notre séjour et serons les premiers à revenir si nous repassons par là. Will et Caroline, les vacanciers du mois de juin.
