Hyvä ja keskeinen sijainti, rauhallinen ja mukava ympäristö, varsin kaunis maisema, tosin näkyvyys eri ilmansuuntiin rajoittunut. Hyvät IT-yhteydet, jotka tarpeen..
Jätteillä ei ollut lajittelua, joka pitäsi kuitenkin olla arkipäivää tämän hintaisissa paikoissa.
