    Clean room, comfy bed and good basic breakfast. Ask for a ground floor room if you have issues with stairs. There are three parking spots outside the hotel or plenty of parking on the street

    A real find in Launceston! Really nice heritage-style accommodation, close to the centre of town. A good continental breakfast is included for all guests.

    The room was small but comfortable and had allwe needed. Staff were friendly and the location was quiet. Water pressure expected for the age if the building.

    The room was fine, bed comfortable, thick carpet making it quiet for a good sleep, and the shower had hot water & good pressure. If you are happy with teabags, instant coffee, weetbix, cornflakes, toast & toppings, the breakfast will meet your needs. Old skool and no frills, which met my needs perfectly.
