Situé dans une impasse, le studio offre un cadre paisible et tranquille, à l'abri de la circulation et du bruit. C'est un petit espace cosy, parfaitement meublé : tout est neuf, propre et en excellent état. La cuisine, bien que compacte, est entièrement équipée pour préparer des repas simples, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique. Je tiens également à souligner le professionnalisme de l'hôtesse : extrêmement sympathique et discrète, elle vous met immédiatement à l'aise tout en respectant votre intimité. En bref, un lieu idéal pour ceux qui recherchent calme, confort et un accueil chaleureux.

Perfect and modern accommodation with very nice and helpfull owners. The studio apartment (in the separated part of the owners´ house) is clean and ideally spacious (including a fully equipped kitchenette and a small garden with seating). There is a parking space in front of the house and you can leave your bikes in the owners' garage. Riol is a quiet town near Trier, and the accommodation is located close to the river and cycle paths in a stunning wine-growing region. CZECH: Výborné ubytování v klidném městečku poblíž Trevíru, které je v oddělené části rodinného domku, ve kterém bydlí moc milí majitelé, kteří tam jsou, když je potřebujete, a zároveň o nich vůbec netušíte, když není potřeba (ubytování a jejich bydlení jsou na sobě nezávislá a perfektně oddělena). Ubytování je moderní a prostorná garsonka (s velkou a pohodlnou manželskou postelí a plně vybaveným kuchyňským koutem, včetně trouby) a má i pěkné parkovací místo ve stínu a posezení venku na zadní zahrádce. Pokud přijedete s koly, můžete je bezpečně uložit v garáži majitelů a využít blízkosti cyklistické stezky na břehu řeky Mosely. Opravdu super.

Great location, near Trier, the Mosel, Luxemburg. Comfortable appartement with a beautiful natural garden and nice terrace. Everything super clean as you may expect from a German appartement.

The newly installed shower had a leak and the TV froze and had to be reset by the owner. I expect the leak to have been repaired.
