The location was great, the apartment was ok but it needs to have a update, one of the balcony doors did not close tidy resulting in wind noise, carpets need renewing along with one or two other furnishings, the beds were great, apartment nice and warm, shower superb and lots of other good things, I would stay again but if it did not have the upgrades I would expect a lower price.

At check-in, I was informed that they needed to charge my card a £300 reservation amount, on top of the fee which I had already paid in full in advance. This may have been mentioned in the booking confirmation, so it wasn’t a major issue at the time.
However, I was told that it was my responsibility to contact customer service five days after check-out to request the return of this amount. This struck me as quite unusual—why should this be my responsibility as a customer rather than handled automatically? After a full day of travel and with work commitments ahead, it wasn’t something I had the energy to question further at that moment.
The real issue is what happened afterward. I have contacted the landlord multiple times to request the return of the money, as promised, but without success. This has been both time-consuming and frustrating, and nearly two weeks after check-out, I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
Overall, this feels like a questionable and unprofessional way of handling payments.

Great location, good size for the family and very clean, polite greeting to collect key
Close to excel, good space for the whole family and reasonable price and clean also near station
Just needs a bit of maintenance here and there as the door was broken to go on the balcony but other than that all good

The flat was spacious and easily accessible, manager is responsive and friendly
They spring a huge credit card charge on you when you check in as a security hold in case of damages. I left over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my refund.
I didn't get much sleep at all while there. The bedrooms only have blinds with lots of gaps so the bedrooms don't ever get dark, even at night. Blinds are broken / damaged too. I'm not sure why they have blinds that they keep having to repair or replace instead of curtains.
The flat was also a bit dirty (carpet and around the furniture in the bedrooms). The surfaces get cleaned, and the beds got changed and we're clean, but it seemed to me that only the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned regularly.
