The facilities were as expected however the booking.com description stated that were irons available in each room which there weren't
The bed was uncomfortable and there was constant noise from outside the room and property until early hours of the morning but I suppose the property cannot control outside noise as there are lots of students living in the area

It was central and reasonably priced
The extractor fan in the bathroom extremely noisy, basin tap was broken. Blind in main bedroom missing a slat. Allowing light in

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful :-)
They serve a very good and generous breakfast!
They charge a parking fee per night which is not mentioned on the listing or included in the booking price. It was a bit of surprise on arrival and although it was only R50 a night, it left a bad taste in the mouth. Not a good start to the stay.
Also the courtyard can get very noisy and the 10pm quiet rule is not enforced, so if guests are having a party (which they were until after 1am) sleep is badly disturbed.
