The room was warm clean and comfortable, on the edge of town but close to bus stops to go either way, (to kaprun or zell, or the kitzsteinhorn).. and a short walk into kaprun town, and a shop and two restaurants either side of the property. We had a car, car park was good and free. Communication was good and the room a very fair price, and the balcony overlooking a nice open grass land on the side we were on, no overlooking properties.
Small kitchen but perfectly ok for the size of the room and use for 2 people for a week. Only things were that we were not given much toilet roll so had to buy more... But no biggie. The little grocery shop near by was open late too which is good. Also no tea bags /coffee / sugar or dish soap. Although we were given a welcome bag with extra bin liners, a fresh tea towel , and plenty of dishwasher tablets. We didn't use the washing machine, but would have had to by our own detergent/tablets, so not worth it for a week, but great to have the option within the flat. All in all a great little apartment and fully functional. Could have easily stayed here for longer.. if we could! 👍

Very helpful staff! We had a minor complaint and they immediately tried to fix it. Also we forgot something at the appartement and they were super friendly and are going to send it to us. Also clean appartement and great location.
No skiroom but we knew that before arriving. Just keep in mind.

Die Lage war sehr gut (Zentrumsnahe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), Ankunft/Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert.
Bei Ankunft stand ein Staubsauger mitten im Vorzimmer, Garderobe war beschädigt, Vorhänge fleckig, Leintuch hatte Löcher. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Ausziehsofa für 1 Person und nicht wie beschrieben/abgebildet für 2! Die Möbel sind teilweise sehr abgenützt. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Schimmelproblem (Bad und Küche und teilweise im Wohnzimmer) Hinweisschilder sind aufgehängt, dass man die Räume regelmäßig lüften soll. Geheizt wird mittels Infrarot, ist nicht ausreichend und ineffizient. Im Haus ist ein Lokal daher für die App. oberhalb eine Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht!
