Excellent value for money!! Location only 5 mins walk to the beach if not less, the best selling point. Price is also very honest, hope it stays the same as we would definitely return. Beatiful garden with a tranquil waterfall, lovely patio area for our room where we could eat everyday outside. Surprisingly, the TV is also smart allowing to watch Netflix, etc (if internet permits). The room is soundproof. Markos is very friendly and gave us great tips, and even helped us when our beach umbrella broke. Maragkas is an amazing beach and not crowded at all, with some affordble beach taverns too. The cleaning of each room is outstanding, and the cleaner is very friendly too. The room came with a small kitchenette allowing to prepare basic meals.
Honestly I can't think of any negatives. We really enjoyed our stay. My only advice, if possible due to infrastructure, is to upgrade Wi-Fi facilities. We often had to use our data plan as sometimes it would not connect. But this is minor as we spent most day outside. Also to keep in mind, even though you are able to cook, the kitchenette is quite small and stove, wares are not appropriate for large family meals (may differ for a bigger room however).

The location
The room was extremely small, the bathroom small and for the room we rented, the pictures didn’t look like our room. The rooms are very close and on your back patio you can see several others.
