The view from the apartment to the beach was great- it was the main reason we booked this property. The size of the apartment was also really good. We also appreciated the roof top swimming pool.
The noise from the street was so loud that it kept us awake, even those of us sleeping in the bedroom not facing the street. While we loved being close to the beach, the area was quite run-down and the street noise made relaxing difficult. There were constant issues with the door to the apartment building and it was several days before this was fixed. We also had a lot of trouble locking/unlocking the doors to the apartment balcony and i really hurt my thumb in the process. We didn't raise this with the managers as we didn't want repair people in the apartment while we were there. When i did raise it as we were leaving (so that others are spared the injury), there was no concern for me.
