St. Margarethen: Located directly at the valley station of the Aineck-Katschberg ski area (16 ski lifts, 70km of slopes), as well as directly on the Mur Cycle Path. The snow-sure Obertauern ski area is also just a 25-minute drive away. NEW from May 2025: Mobility ticket for guests (allowing free use of all public transport in the state of Salzburg). Modern apartment block "Aineckblick". In the resort St. Margarethen, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house, public parking extra. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Mauterndorf" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (27 hole) 2 km, minigolf 5 km, riding stable 1 km, cable car, skisport facilities 100 m, ski rental, ski school, children's ski school, sled run 50 m, cross country ski track 300 m. Nearby attractions: UNESCO Biosphärenpark Lungau, Burg Mauterndorf 9.6 km, Schloss Moosham 4 km, Silberbergwerk Ramingstein 24 km. Wir freuen uns jedes Jahr im Sommer und auch im Winter wieder auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Ein Manko gibt es aber leider schon seit mehreren Jahren. Das Internet, es ist langsam wie vor 15 Jahren man kann nicht mal die Zeitung über den Laptop lesen, die Seiten gehen extrem langsam auf, Bilder werden nicht geladen und Videos funktionieren nicht.Sollte man aber den Laptop im Urlaub für geschäftliches benötigen (so wie auch ich) dann nur über sein Handynetz möglich. Keine Mikrowelle.

Ein Manko ist das es leider keinen Mikroherd gibt und das das Internet extrem schlecht funktioniert und nur mit Wartezeit, Seiten öffnet, Videos aus den Internet funktionieren überhaupt nicht, und das leider seit mindestens 2 Jahren. Aber an ansonsten füllen wir uns in der Wohnung extrem Gut. Auch die Betreuung und Sauberkeit ist wirklich ausgezeichnet.

Das Appartment hält was es verspricht, klein, fein, etwas abgewohnt (ideal für einen Skiurlaub) und absolut perfekte Lage! Familienplus: Nähe zur Skischule, große ausziehbare Couch, Terasse zum Schneespielen, direkter Zugang vom Parkplatz zur Terasse (Skischuhe) Familienminus: keine Mikrowelle :-(, keine Möglichkeit im Warmen bequem die Skischuhe an und auszuziehen (im Gang allerdings Schischuhverbot), kein "Skistall" Paarplus: durch Pistennähe immer gut erreichbar für eine Pause zwischendurch, sehr gemütlich, WENN der Schwedenofen (mitunter einer unserer Buchungsgründe) funktionieren würde noch romantischer! (hier ist dringender Handlungsbedarf, der Ofen macht was er will) Paarminus: das Doppelbett!! Zwei aneinandergeschobene Matratzen, die bei jeder Bewegung durch den Raum schlittern und ich spreche hier nur vom Umdrehen in der Nacht - um den Preis wäre ein "richtiges" Bett wünschenswert! Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub und die Kritikpunkte halten uns nicht davon ab, wiederzukommen - sollten aber von Besitzer eventuell überlegt werden!!
