Location in the historic part of Verona
Communications with hosts was haphazard. The final spiral stairs up to the room were difficult and unexpected.

Wonderful place for my 7 year old daughter and I to stay while in Verona. Very safe area, lovely room and it was helpful having a mini fridge plus some other appliances in the common area. The view from the room was gorgeous.
Had a bit of trouble with the keys and lift at times, but nothing that dampened our wonderful stay.

Great location near the central sights of Verona. Friendly host. Little kitchenette for use.
Shower took a while to heat up and water pressure not very strong.

The proximity to the Arena, tourist attractions and its restaurants
Instant blaming by the owner when the toilet became blocked and we couldn’t get the TV to work.
