Myself and my partner was supose to stay here recently Friday-Sunday for the airshow..
we had complained about our first room (room ***) because stains on bed and curtains, they upgraded us to a king size bedroom/ which was better than a ‘standard’ bedroom .. but this was still not to our standards. So we had left off own accord and went to another hotel instead. Booked this off our own accord , rang through to the hotel the day after in the AM to make them aware we had left , extremely rude on the phone ,
The staff were not very forgiving or understanding to how we felt as customers , tried to say to myself and my partner there was nothing wrong with the room *** , and even if there was , we was paying for what we ‘got’ regardless of you spent *** , you should still be clsssed as a customer, we paid *** to stay in a ‘hotel’ that we didn’t even stay there due to this outcome
