appartment was very clean, and newly furnished. it had two balconies which was great as one was fully on sun in morning and other in afternoon so we could switch depending on sun position. kitchen was very well equiped, as well as bathroom and other rooms. we had enough storage space. it is is nice calm neighbourhood, close to big supermarket.
water pressure was a bit low, specially in shower but given fact that it is on island and on last floor of the building this could be why

Terrace was nice.
In one room the only window were the doors that could not open halfway, because it was broken and since the apartment was on ground floor we didn't feel comfortable keeping the doors open all night. In other room the light was not working. Poorly equipt apartment.
