The facilities available were great; tv in lounge and bedroom; excellent bathroom with piping hot water. A complete kitchen and dining area with extra cutlery and crockery. Large comfy sofa in the lounge and it’s own entrance. The bedroom is large, spacious and well appointed. Having on site parking is a massive plus for an apartment so close to the centre and both beeches.
Our hosts were both helpful and very welcoming.
I can’t think of anything that would be deemed negative. This is a very well maintained pair of apartments, well suited to families with canine members.

Shower was easy to use and water was nice and warm,
Loads of storage in the bedroom walk in closet.
Was nice to see the information on places to visit in and around Llandudno.
bed was very uncomfortable, very painful to get out of bed, due to a trapped nerve in my back, hard beds are no good for back trouble. Took ages to connect DVD player up to the tv each time we wanted to use it.
Very cold in the apartment. Too many stairs to the apartment.
No where to put groceries in the kitchen.
