The Units were well appointed with a security gate, parking and neat and clean. The price was good and close to a large shopping center and walking distance to the Old Town and Wharf. Thought it would be noisy given the ambulance station next door but quiet as.
When I first drove to the location I pulled up in the wrong part of what appears to be the same property which created extreme worry as it looked like a rundown house. The units however are accessed from the road next to the ambulance and are really lovely and felt safe.

Very clean room set back from the main road . It was quiet . Our room had 2 wooden single beds joined that did not squeak . I think the room with metal bed would be squeaky .

The place is walking 10 mins from the bus station
The place to eat is far from the accommodation. Check-in time is 4pm. We reached early but not allowed for us to store our luggage.

The property is at walking distance from the old town (15 min) but is squeezed between a high traffic lane, a hospital and other tall buildings close to the industrial area. Everything is self-service without any contact with the owners. Anonymous place that takes a lot away from the charm of Croatia. Beds are uncomfortable, AC not working properly and fridge making noise. No decent place to hang your towels and the bathroom door did not close. We did not enjoy our stay at all.
