The location is very good, right on the main street in Monaghan, about a 10-minutre walk from the bus station. The room was airy and spacious and very comfortable with good lighting and facilities - TV with good choice of channels as well as tea/coffee-making facilities. A very nice breakfast was included. Check-out at 1130. Host, Trudy, was friendly and allowed me to check in after I arrived 20 minutes before check in time.
The only thing is making the cereal easier to get out of the containers! And maybe a net curtain on the bedroom window.
