We had 3 rooms and whilst we found the hotel and facilities adequate, the two staff members very very friendly and helpful some areas need attention!
The pillows need binning - no pillow protectors, and absolutely mankey and stained !!
No mattress protectors provided 🤷♀️
Rooms were a good size and decent enough, Paper cups - really ? And silly little sachets of bathroom toiletries ?
Attention to detail is paramount to attracting repeat business .
Sockets by the bed would be useful too.
The rooms were on the upper floor - quite and a bit of a hike as no lift.
The corridor window was stuck open, my room window would not open ?
Little things by themselves but a bit of maintenance and care makes all the difference. Rooms were not cheap,
Plenty of hot water, easy check in, check out, parking free - remember to log your registration at the desk
