I enjoyed the location, the villa's layout, responsive hosts, peace, quiet and cleanliness. Lots of reviews here talking about the doors and the bugs: First: Ubud is in a jungle. If you're not willing to tolerate some nature & bugs perhaps you should not vacation in Bali. Second: The doors on this villa were very standard doors for a villa in Bali. They were safe and secure. Of all the places I stayed in Bali, this place was one of my favorites and I would stay here long term when I return to Bali. It's well maintained, quiet, local, and cozy.

Beautiful location tucked away from the business of Ubud but close enough to easily get to. Staff were wonderful, bed was comfy.

Bath tub has no hot water but the pool is very warm.

Alles fühlt sich sehr unfrisch an. Ich finde Frische und Sauberkeit sind das Wichtigste. Es war recht unangenehm alles anzufassen. Das Moskitonetz, die Gardinen.. Küchenutensilien.. praktisch alle Textilien wurden gefühlt seit Ewigkeiten nicht frisch gemacht. Im Bett hatte man das Gefühl, ist man auch nicht ganz allein… Mikro-Krabbeltierchen.. Kakerlaken sind auf Bali auch an sich keine Seltenheit aber tauchen doch immer nur in bestimmten Unterkünften auf. Die Wände sind modrig. Alles müsste einmal frisch gemacht werden. Ich bin froh, dass ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte. Angenehm war es nicht dort zu bleiben. Das Personal hat zum Check-out nicht einmal auf meine Nachricht geantwortet. Ich musste einfach gehen und den Schlüssel in der Tür stecken lassen.
