Food could be slightly better. More traditional dishes etc. But still very good!

Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful stay in Göcek. From start to finish, the service was truly five-star in every area, and it made our experience incredibly special.
We would especially like to mention the gentleman at the pool bar, who was simply outstanding. He spoke so softly and was consistently polite, going above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. His thoughtful gesture of bringing each guest a bottle of water first thing in the morning was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the day.
Even though the weather wasn’t at its best, our stay was nothing short of exceptional thanks to your incredible team and hospitality.
Thank you again, Rixos, for such a memorable experience—we hope to return again soon.

I enjoyed a peaceful, off-season stay in January. The location is excellent - a short stroll on very pretty path by the sea, to Göcek centre. The hotel is stylish, and built using natural stone which compliments the setting. There are many interesting trees and flowers. The sfaff were lovely and I really appreciated the kindness they showed especially when I was unwell for a few days.

The reception staff, as well as Guest Relations, were superb: friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant were excellent.
The rooms were outdated, and many rooms were flooded during the rains, as water poured in from under the doors.
