Building and location is nice and in walking distance to train station
We stayed for one day. There was no warm water and Internet available upon arrival. Although staff responded quickly via WhatsApp the warm water could not be fixed during our stay. For Internet we were advised to look for the WiFi router and to restart it. Took several tries till it worked. Air conditioning is very noisy. Switched it off but entire night could hear water running/dropping.
Desirable that the staff checks that everything is working before guests arrive. Especially the warm water issue was a not needed surprise after a long journey with small child and 35 degrees outside during the day
