We enjoyed our stay here. A lovely, large apartment with nice views across the water, quiet and relaxing. The bed was super comfy, important for me as I have osteoarthritis and the cold of February exacerbates my inflammation. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved watching the bird life in the Marina. Good bus links into Leiden, with the bus stops a short walk away. I had to flag a couple of minor issues on arrival, speedy response from management. We would recommend and return without hesitation.
Lack of recycling facilities, general waste and paper/card available on site. For bottles there are street bin recycling facilities across from the Petrol station. Nowhere for plastic/cans that we found. The sofa cushions constantly slide off when sitting, so had to readjust often.

Spacious, clean, lovely view over marina. Local town 15 mins walk has a nice cafe - The Old School.
Not a great location if you don’t have a car. Have to take a bus to go anywhere. Bus stop is not nearby. No bike rental nearby. When contacting the resort help desk by email on where to find the bike rental they sent us off on a wild goose chase to a non existent bike shop in Warmond. Flat is very nice but is in an echoey building. People start to move about outside leaving their flats from 6am onwards - there are notices outside for people to be quiet between 10 pm and 8am. But they are not. Bedrooms face the outside corridors so it is noisy if people are walking about outside. Take earplugs. No problem at night - it’s peaceful. The problem is being woken up early in the morning. On one morning cleaners started in the flat above us at 7am, hoovering and banging & chatting. They didn’t even close the front door whilst they cleaned! It was very noisy - not somewhere you can have a lie in.
