Great location 10-15 min by car from Lille town centre. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom.
We booked two rooms as for three people wasn’t available and we were very happy with both of them. Rooms were spacious enough we had table, cattle, tea and coffee, tissue in the room.

the hotel is located not too far from the main city of Lille, in what seems to be (or has been) a student accommodation of some sort. The rooms are rather small and the fittings a bit tired, but it's OK for an uncomplicated overnight stay. Quiet and no hissing or other weird noises from the heating/ventilation system. No noises from elevators or other guests coming up and down the stairs. The breakfast is OK - Nthing to write home about but all the basics are there.
On the plus side, it's rather close to a very nice park with pond/lakes and promenades
The bathroom could have been larger and most importantly, have newer fittings. The corridors look tired as well.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Area is quite and safe , beautiful place and love landscape, hugs car park. We slept well enjoy every minute send there. Would highly recommend
Stairs in bedroom need more safety measures, health and safety issues at that bedroom special for children

It was a very convenient location, near to the Stadium for the Rugby World Cup Games.
The staff were very friendly.
The room was comfortable and additional pillows were provided.
The hotel is a little dated.
The hotel was very noisy on our first night with some loud talking and what sounded like a door slamming. This did not happen so much on the second night.
