The receptionist was very friendly and smiley, unfortunately I didn’t catch their name! Very good location. Right next to tram lines which takes you to Lyon is less than half an hour. Check in and check out was easy - just what we needed for an overnight stay after a long drive!
The sink and shower didn’t drain very fast but we weren’t too bothered as we only stayed 1 night.

Free parking, nice breakfast.
Our family trip was meant to be relaxing, but our hotel stay was anything but. We had to move a total of three times just to get a connecting room with a working door. While David at reception was excellent in helping us, the repeated moves were a frustrating start to our stay.
The problems continued with the room's cleanliness. We found lots of cobwebs in the corners of the room, which suggests the cleaning staff only cleans the main areas and not the corners. We had to specifically ask for the room to be properly cleaned.
To make matters worse, our peace was consistently broken by a manager who wore high heels that made a loud, grating noise on the tiled floor. When we approached the hotel staff about these issues, they showed no consideration. It was a very disappointing experience.
