The location was excellent for the town centre. A nice modern house with good facilities but a few issues with them. Shower and heating were good and some comfy. TV was adequate but basic and internet worked fine.
The oven looked unusable, very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for ages and also no grill tray to use. Stain on the sheet and mattress one side in the same place, I’m sure the sheet was cleaned but just refitted in the same place. However it needs cleaning better. The house was full of quite big cobwebs, I think whomever cleans only looks downward.

Great location for places which we wanted to visit. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Good communication with the host.
Not much. One of us found the bed comfortable, but the one with the sensitive back suffered a little, but not as bad as some places!

Conservatory/dining room there was a steep drop to access cons
The table and chairs were very rickety.
The floorboards in bedroom were dangerous.
