Everything is great. The one thing I like the most is how friendly the staff is. The place is clean, great, the breakfast is very tasy and healthy. There are wide areas where you can just chill in the venue.
There is very little that I can say I didn't like. Actually - nothing I can think of.

Clean, good location and hosts

The property has: a large yard with olive trees and green grass, free parking (quite spacious), chairs and tables in the yard under the olive trees, a playground, a barbecue area with gazebo and tables.
The rooms have a bathroom, a balcony (if the room is upstairs), and a kitchenette.
We had two beds, one of which was an extendable sofa. Comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains you could pull to sleep well in the morning.
The kitchenette had utensils, a basic coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, and a fridge.
The bathroom had a shower, was clean, with clean towels (plenty), and a small soap offered by the host.
At the entrance to the room, there was a small area with a table and two chairs.
Nearby, about 3km away, is the town of Ierissos where you can find shops (Lidl, Masoutis), pharmacies, taverns, pastry shops, etc. For us, it was a pleasant experience to walk to town via the unpaved road that runs along the beach.
The beach was very nice — even though there was a lot of dried vegetation brought by the sea and it was off-season, we still enjoyed the beach and the water very much.
The room was smaller than others we've booked for a similar price. Lighting was poor — many bulbs, but still too dim. The bathroom door was hard to close, the shower needed repairs, and the mirror was old and worn. Furniture felt dated and in need of replacement. The barbecue was left dirty by previous guest and remained that way throughout our stay. We didn't want to use it, even if i wanted to.
Kitchen appliances were stacked unplugged on the fridge. Using microwave meant moving the fridge to reach the outlet. Basic items like salt, sugar, or paper towels were missing. The hood light didn’t work.
Several TV channels didn’t work — not a big issue for us, but worth noting. Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room; we relied on mobile data. It worked outside but was weak. The playground equipment was old and rusty — especially the swing chains, which were heavily corroded.
The worst part was the stray dogs entering the property. One approached our daughter aggressively — she ran inside frightened, and I had to chase them away.
They returned multiple times, even late at night near our door, howling like wolves. I told the host, but nothing changed.
We drove even short distances to avoid walking near them.
