Good busy location, spacious rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, good aircon and despite reading bad reviews about the breakfast I was expecting the worst but honestly it wasnt too bad. My son had the American breakfast and me the Indonesian nasi goreng. If your after an all you can eat buffet then this aint for you and Im a firm believer that you are what you eat, eat like a pig then youll look like one. The pool is great and place is clean. Cons- mosquitos in rooms, not the best doors to lock, weak water pressure from shower and safe not bolted in or working. Just buy a can of Baygon and spray room and bathroom on the daily as the mosquitos sneak in after cleaners clean and leave as the front door is semi open. Front door is locked with a padlock. There are security cameras and front office is always alert. But I always took my money, valuables and passports with me everytime I left even if its across the road to 24hr mart. Overall its a good hotel.

This property has so much potential! I stayed last year in a different room and it was fine, however this stay in room 231 felt less clean, however the air con works good and the bed is comfortable enough. Pool looked great and location is absolutely perfect! Some small upgrades and overall maintenance would make this property shine

I would suggest this resort was lovely a few years ago but is now very tired. Occupancy seemed low. Breakfast was minimal and not pleasant
The room was clean but the toilet ran for the entire six days - despite reporting it. I ended up turning the water flow tap off just so I didn't hear it running through the night
My biggest challenge, as a solo female traveller was that I had an upstairs bungalow so I needed to walk through the veranda of the downstairs occupants veranda. Why we needed to be on top of each other's space was hard to understand given there were many empty bungalows.
My room had an entry door that would not lock properly, so when the drunk guest from downstairs decided to hit on me one night my only immediate defence was to stack suitcases against the door.
I reported this to reception the following day. Whilst staff were genuinely sorry, and understood why I was checking out earlier than planned. I was not offered a refund for the night I did not stay.
The room was clean. Staff pleasant. But it is not 100% secure.
