The decor, the staff, absolutely fantastic experience and the signature scent from Fragonard is exceptional (we ended up buying the soap from the hotel!). Staff was amazing, food is amazing and location is perfect!
No a negative but perhaps a slight area for improvement would be adding blinds to the windows as the curtains, while blocking light could use sthg stronger to make the sleeping experience even better :).

We got slightly muddled with the parking so parked in a nearby underground car park.

Location good and staff nice. Breakfast pleasant.
Room had nice decor.
Room too hot and a/c turned off. Couldn't open window. Staff tried to sort it out.
New towels not clean on one occasion. Laundry problem as room was generally cleaned well.
Poor bar service when ordering coffee. More staff needed.
