Der Preis für die Zimmer, ohne Frühstück, ist sehr hoch für ein Haus mit geringer, teilweise in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung (z. B. heruntergekommenen Läufer im Treppenhaus)

Super waren die kostenlosen Tickets für den städtischen Nahverkehr. Parken in der Nähe vor dem Haus. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Betten sind bequem. Die Zimmer sind sauber; Frühstück: Wurst und Käse aus der Packung, Rührei frisch zubereitet, Brötchen gut aufgebacken, Obst und Säfte gab es auch. Positiv hervorzuheben ist ein Voucher zur unentgeltlichen ÖPNV Benutzung in Halle. Es gibt im Haus eine öffentliche Sauna…
Die Möblierung hatte schon einmal bessere Zeiten erlebt. Es ist ein Garny-Hotel ohne weitere Ansprüche. Die Zimmerfenster sind zum Teil verschlissen, das Schnarchen des Zimmernachbarn sollte man(n) oder Frau schon mögen. Der Teppich des Treppenhaus sollte vielleicht einmal gereinigt werden. Preis-Leistung sollte individuell bewertet werden
