Great location! Close to several outstanding museums, especially the Museo de Arte Popular. A variety of restaurants nearby in all price ranges. The apartment with 3 bedrooms was fine for our group of five.
The apartment had inadequate lighting in the kitchen, okay pots and pans, substandard cutlery. A nightstand was in disrepair. The dryer was difficult to shut and thus it was difficult to turn on. One of the beds in the bedroom with 2 beds had a very uncomfortable mattress. There was no potable water in the unit when we arrived and we were told later to request it from the main office. Communication with the apartment manager was poor in as much as requests were sometimes not replied to or information previously given was asked for several times.

We were extremely pleased with the location. We were walking distance to museums, theatre, restaurants, parks, groceries, an amazing bakery, a pedestrian mall and the subway. The neighbourhood had a lovely and fun vibe. The room was spacious and very quiet since our windows faced the inner courtyard. The host met us upon arrival and exit, and was both responsive and accommodating. The building felt modern and secure. We had everything we needed to cook simple meals.
The kitchen lighting could be brighter.

We really loved the location of this apartment. Having a big bottle of water available and a coffee maker with coffee was really nice. Communication prior was also excellent.
We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the apartment. The sheets did not smell fresh (I really don't think they were changed) and the showers and bathrooms were dirty (hair in the bathroom when we arrived). The noise from the street is also a real drawback.
