Location and comfort of room
We were in a room close to the reception, ground floor so noisey in the morning and with the windows shut, we could hear a delivery or collection of bins just outside due to location of room.

Although the reservation indicates price for 2 people, breakfast included. They billed an extra breakfast with the excuse that reservation only included one.

Everything about our stay was above ordinary, the room was spotless and the staff friendly and collaborative. The WiFi was very fast and the parking space more than enough for the guests' cars. Air conditioning a definite plus, given the high outside temperatures when we visited at the end of June. All rooms are accessible by elevator. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but in the nearby shopping district which is a welcome feature of the area.
