Very friendly staff. The owner gave us recommendations for Greek restaurants. Rooms were left spotless by cleaners. Good pool facilities.

We highly recommend this hotel. At the check-in Andreas gave us not only the keys to a room with a beautiful view, but also provided us with other, useful information so we can feel comfortable from the very beginning. We got a map with marked routes to the most beautiful beaches, and a bus timetable. The tickets (to the moon) can be bought at the reception and the bus stop is located just by the hotel.
The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. AC was working like a charm. :)
We also had a breakfast in the hotel. The selection of foods wasn't the richest one, but every one could find something tasty there, so no worries. And if you have a sweet tooth, you'll be delighted with their traditional cakes and baklava!
The location of the hotel is also good. Not the old town itself, but you'll get there by bus in 5 minutes. Nearby the hotel there is a market where you can buy drinks, foods and cosmetics. About 15 minutes walk (the Golden Beach direction), there is another market that is open till 1:00 AM, so it's very convenient as well.
Kladissos Beach is just by the hotel, but I recommend going to Golden Beach that is much, much nicer. However, having a walk around the hotel may be also interesting - we meet sheeps, goats, and horses, and the soil had a beautiful, red colour.
As I'm a night owl, I wish the breakfast was served a little bit longer, and the pool was opened till midnight, but it wasn't a problem at all.

The kindness and politeness of the staff, the hospitality, cleanness of the room, location . The pool was nicely split between the children section and the rest, very clean and plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds around it.
Hotel amenities fully renovated , clean, overall a very nice hotel and we really like the very helpful owner - he was helping anyone to find best ways to spend their day, very good recommendations and had plenty of patience to explain in very deep details the surroundings map .
the hotel is fully renovated, all room facilities were brand new (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom)...but the air condition was still the old one, working well but bit noisy and could not have the swing fan mode. Even so, we really enjoyed our stay there , I definitely recommend it and would stay again when will visit Chania.

the most perfect apartment/hotel for our last day stay in Chania. the staff has been wonderful and very welcoming, the apartment and the facilities and exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing
the situation of the property is not the best but once you are there it feels like you are in a quite oasis
