Been here 12 times never had a problem, this weekend however, they gave away my room then offered their last room (1 bed but 4 of us) booked lunch for 10 people when arrived told table was being used and over 1 hour wait for next available. New manager very rude blaming everyone else

I have stayed at this hotel a couple off time before. But this time was the worse they moved me room has lost my key but the new room did not have a bed for my son. Spoken to manger and he was very rude when talking to him it’s like he did not care. Book a table for family meal has is Father’s Day booked a week ago went to bar to find my table but staff gave table away and said not taking anymore food orders.
