Very disappointed to find used dirty t/roll on arrival. One t/roll had already been used by another guest. Blood spots on the sheets.
The meal we had was not great, soup sent back to be heated. Burger meal was rare in the middle and was returned. A very dirty floor in bar and uncleared tables.
Not what you should expect from a 4star accomodation.

I paid for a liquer coffee for my elderly friend,I was extremely disappointed as it tasted like dishwater but was charged regardless of the unsatisfactory complaint. Not very professional!!
