Great location and great staff. Breakfast was good. Room was decent size. Only issue was the water in the shower doesn't drain quickly so you end up with water in the shower. The bin was emptied everyday which was good.

The Kids' Play Area: This was easily the best part of the hotel! My son loved it so much he actually didn't want to leave. Every hotel should have an area like this—it's a lifesaver for parents.
Proximity to Disney: The location is very practical. There are two bus routes that take you straight to the train station, and from there, it’s only 4 stops to Disneyland.
Room Size: For Paris standards, the room was okay, not much space, but it is what Ibis usually offers for a "good" price, right?
Breakfast: It was basic but totally sufficient. They had eggs, bread, cake, juices, coffee, and fruit (including fruit salad and some sweets). It’s an "honest" meal to get your day started.
Housekeeping: The cleaning service was reasonable and kept the room in good order throughout our stay.
The Bathroom & Shower: The shower box was quite old and didn't feel very clean. To make matters worse, the shower head holder was broken, so we had to hold it with one hand while showering. Definitely not the relaxing experience you want after a long day. They changed the shower on the last day of our stay.
The Bunk Bed & Noise: While the double bed was comfortable, the bunk bed was poor. It seemed to be attached to the same wall as the room next door. Every time the neighbors moved on their bunk bed, it felt and sounded like they were right on my side. It was quite noisy and vibrating.
Distance to Paris City Centre: If you are planning to spend most of your time in central Paris, keep in mind it’s a bit of a trek (one bus [2225 or 2229] from right in front of the hotel and about 13 stops on the train). Now, if you're going to Paris, it is only 4 stops from the same route/station.

Super easy to find, park and check in. The hotel has a few board games and a kids corner with toys, that have seen better days, but the kids were super happy to play in that area with them. The hotel is basic, reflected on the price, but has everything needed and the staff were very polite.
