wifi strength is weak across the house window was jammed wide open on arrival and it was pouring with rain and chilly so could not be shut shower unit is small with an unnecessary soap tray which will always be knocked by any customer

No problems really. Kathleen our host was very helpful and offered early breakfast as we were going for an early ferry. Breakfast was all you could want.

Kathleen and her husband have built something wonderful together here in Wexford. It’s a beautiful building with spacious rooms, clean facilities and a great location close to the town and the ferry port. Kathleen was a wonderful host - friendly, helpful and more than happy to get up early to provide us with a delicious breakfast before our morning ferry. Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Ireland.
