It is very near everything. Few walks away from the train station and you could go to beautiful places nearby. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. I’d stay in this hotel again if I get the chance to return to Nice.

The double room is very small. The toilet is even smaller still. Aircond was not cold at all. Nothing in the room. No water boiler. But u can get hot drinking water at the lobby machine. No in room safe to keep yr stuff. Breakfast was just ok. At least they have some scrambled eggs. Location is good. Next to Nice Gare center and can get food nearby. Post office is Infront of hotel. Bus stop for hop on hop off also in front of hotel. Escalator up works. Escalator down never worked.
