We enjoyed our stay immensely and the heated outdoor pool was a wonderful surprize
An.English translation of the Spa Menu (online or able to be sent by email) would have been very helpful to allow us to book treatments well in advance as Spa was fully booked upon our arrival .
Spa Receptionist Astrid was absolutely fantastic and made a huge effort in assisting us .

breakfast is awesome! broad choice and tasty food!
coffee machines were out of order (2 out of 4 I think). Room service was painful to order, internet menu was once not updated, once wrongly updated. Service at the bar in the outside area was really super-slow. Pool is small and often crowded

for one night stay without having time to use the facilities not really the best choice
not very clean, food not what was told on the webpage, they wanted 98€ for a steak, never saw a price like this for a 14 day aged steak
