Très bien situé, en centre ville et face aux marais, cet appartement maison est très agréable. L’accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux et attentionné. La situation de l’appartement au calme, de jour comme de nuit est un plus. Une fois la voiture posée (stationnement facile et gratuit), tout se fait à pied (si on aime marcher un peu) pour découvrir cette très belle ville dotée de magnifiques monuments et rues. Bourges est tranquille, sans surtourisme et très verdoyante. C’est certain, on a adoré notre week-end !

Un bel appartement.
Pièce de vie pas propre, beaucoup de poils de chien. Problème électrique. Baignoire qui ne fonctionnait pas.
