Great location, modern build inside, hospitality of host.
Would just say that if you are challenged with climbing stairs I would caution you that to get to this property is a serious climb of many, many flights of stairs.

The property was right in the middle of Bellagio and steps away from the ferry station. This was a full suite stay with a full kitchen and bath. The room is on the top floor that is led by steps. Balcony views were perfect allowing for a great view right from the bed.
As mentioned the suite was on the top floor that was led by a staircase. This became a bit inconvenient for our suitcases. This suite also is bathtub only, no accommodations for showers.

Great views from the window, comfy bed. The position of the unit was great as you were in the small town
No shower only bath, furniture feels old and dated and therefore not that clean, and lots and lots of stairs, a person did help us up the last part on the way in, but daily activity and leaving are not easy climbing up at least 4 floors of steps plus all the outside stairs.
