Villa Karma Loka

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful in booking some tours and activities. The restaurant was great and had a beautiful view. It was a lot of fun to be in Sidemen.

This hotel is located on a busy street and isn’t what I expected from the photos on Booking.com. Our room, #3, had a view of a cement wall. The room needed a mosquito net, because there were gaps in the windows and doors. Also there was a big step over a tall wooden threshold to enter the bathroom, so made it a bit precarious to go in the middle of the night. No hand soap, only body wash. No hand towels. One bath towel per guest for 3 days, even if you leave it on the floor. Trash burning in Sidemen mucked up the views.

The view and the pool were amazing, the location is great and the massage is excellent and the staff helpful and kind.

Would appreciate a few more vegan options such as non-dairy milk and restaurant dishes.

Great hotel! Clean, lovely staff, great food and breakfast.

As mentioned in several reviews one of the bathrooms of the family room had a bit of a nasty smell (coming from drain) but it was really a minor inconvenience. Also getting hot water in the shower was sometimes a bit on and off but overall very satisfied.

View was very nice.

Ants in the bathroom when to toiletry bag. Internet was really not working well and pretty slow.
