Arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome. Room was clean and comfortable will definitely return it’s so close to everything but also quiet around the property. Only a stone’s throw from train station.

The location was fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the venue we were attending, No 1 pub.
The tap in the shower room was loose,.

I came with my son and my dad we Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights they both were nice ,clean and decent sized, The hosts were lovely and helpfull and the location of the guest house is excellent its just across the road from the train station , beach, entertainment ,and food places
We would definitely stay again if we return to cleethorpes In the future and i would definitely recommend anyone to stay here ..thankyou for our stay
we had everything we needed in our rooms and had a great weekend, and enjoyed our stay at this guest house. we had no issues with anything.

Ideally located
Close to all local pubs, bars, restaurants & shops
As well as the sea front and the train station
The on street parking really is a struggle and surrounding streets are permit holders this isn’t (or I’ve not seen) stated clearly in the advert car park is just over the road further down from what I’ve seen
The property does have a sign to say it is been modernised/decorated and it does need doing
The room I had needed painted as walls was stained & poor set up too small draw units one a bed side & another a coffee/tea station a bigger desk & chair to get ready at with a mirror that wasn’t hung side of bed would be ideal
Overall it wasn’t bad for the night stay but couldn’t do longer
