Kommunikation schlecht. Nachbuchung einer weiteren Person ohne Probleme. Frühstück vorab per Mail nachgebucht, jedoch wurde seitens Gastgeber abends nochmal nachgefragt und wir mögen Bescheid geben, ob wir Frühstück wünschen würden. Ich beschrieb, dass ich bereits Frühstück nachgebucht hätte. Es gab sogar eine schriftliche Bestätigung! Am nä. Morgen wurden wir regelrecht angemeckert, warum wir nicht Bescheid gegeben hätten. Zimmer funktional und sauber. Frühstück für den Preis okay. Wir bekamen dann die Erklärung, dass es schwierig sei, dort Brötchen zu bekommen. Kurze Zeit später kam dann das Frühstück. MIT Brötchen! Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen, da ich als Gast willkommen sein möchte und keine LAST! Unter Dienstleistung verstehe ich etwas anderes. Auf dem angrenzenden Balkon war ein voller Aschenbecher und es wurde dort sicher lange nicht gereinigt.
