Good location, about 20 min walk from the centre of Poreč town and 15 min to the beach.
The apartment is very nice and big enough for two people. I liked the terrace.
The host is very nice, communicative and helpful. Parking of the car is possible.

- Parking spot available
- the apartment on the ground floor doesn’t have AC. No mosquitos net in the windows forcing us to keep the windows closed at all times.
- when I asked to the owner about the ac, she said “ it was mention in the description that, that room in particular didn’t have AC” however , after double checking I realized that the property is advertising as ALL THE ROOMS HAS AC , but in that room particularly “ AC” was not listed under the “ properties facilities “ ( she offered us a fan, which was a good gesture but made no difference at 30 degrees +).
- Only 1 toilet paper roll was offered during my stay, which is very inconvenient as you can only buy big packages of toilet roll and you don’t need that much. At least two rolls should be offered, for the amount of money I paid, it was not cheap.
