The staff is helpful, accommodating and friendly. There are lifts, good facilities. Room is clean.
The location was a bit difficult to find. Uber drivers often dropped us off about a block away from the hotel, which meant walking, sometimes in the rain, especially challenging when we first arrived with large luggage. The view from the family room was acceptable, though the surrounding buildings had noticeable vandalism and graffiti, making the area look a bit dodgy but it wasn’t.
The location wasn’t what I expected. Despite the name suggesting it’s in the city center, it doesn’t really feel like a central city area and appears to be about three train stations away from the main city.

Location was ok, not too far from city centre but it's actually not in the city centre what's mentioned in name of the hotel.
Room we got for the family was designed like a hostel. The beds were very small and we were barely fitting in.
Breakfast was ok for the price we paid.
The kitchen facility was good but due to so many people staying in the hotel/hostel the kitchen space was not enough to use.
It was not value for money.
