We were booked into Apartment 305 in the oldest part of the Marina, Malta. Unfortunately, our experience upon arrival and during our stay was extremely disappointing.
On arrival, check-in took approximately 1.5 hours due to the absence of staff at reception. The staff member who was meant to assist us disappeared and was unreachable, leaving us stranded without assistance.
In addition, we were without access tags for the first two days of our stay due to a system failure. This made entry to and exit from the property extremely difficult and inconvenient. As a result, we were forced to use Uber for distances that were easily walkable, simply because we could not access the property freely.
The issues did not end there. The air conditioner made a loud and disturbing noise, even when switched off, which significantly affected our comfort. Furthermore, the apartment was not clean upon arrival, which is unacceptable given the expectations set for the accommodation.
Overall, this experience fell far below a reasonable standard, and we are extremely dissatisfied. We would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and expect appropriate feedback and resolution.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The place was great. It took about 8-10 minutes to walk to the shopping centers, restaurants, and touristy places. The full kitchen with washer/dryer is great for long stays.
