It’s comfortable, rooms are functional. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Annie on reception is a standout and our Chambermaid, a man, was truly excellent!
There is no bar in reality though you can go next door to the Novotel. The air con isn’t really great. The breakfast is a bit on the mean side and when they say it finishes at 10am they mean it!

the rooms were very small did nit have basic requirements like kettle cup for immediate hot drink less space in the room you even move around a very tiny bin also breakfast very basic not. much vegetarian options.

The room was quite, clean, good value (quality-price). The staff helped me to cut my luggage lock with a huge sicsor. Water fountain to fill bottle. I love IBIS brand and go often
Room should have some coffee or tea and a jar to boil water. The staff had to find a sicsor intead of having it in the reception and I had to wait one day to open the luggage. It's something that can happen to guests. Restaurant should have a menu in English, not only French

The hotel is far from center which won't be a problem if there would be shop to buy anything , but there's not even restaurant nearby . The hotel doesn't provide fridge, wardrobe, glasses, tv isn't smart , no music Chanel at all. No one speak English in the whole country. Everything overpriced and the service they given is very bad , people are rude and unhelpful. It was a failure the whole trip . From what we spend here for 3 days I stayed 10 days in Thailand! Don't recommend not the hotel and the city to none !! Disneyland it's about to rip you off, nothing special at all!!! Never France again ever 😕
