Check-in was easy and streamlined, the property was larger than expected and in good condition. There was a minor cosmetic issue in one of the bathrooms but we were warned about this in advance and it made no practical difference to our enjoyment of the property.

Check-in being as late as 6pm is quite late by any property's standards.

Nice and quiet like where we stayed last year.

Our stay at suite4 was not enjoyed as expected. Trying to get the key to open the front door init was not accomplished. We tried everything but all we got back was no one available. Eventually some kind people opened the door to let us in. Having obtained the fob from the key lock we found Bath although we got as far as the green light on a display panel, the front door would still not open. During the evening I went to visit the en suite toilet in the bedroom. Only to find to my horror that I could not get out of the toilet. The handle just kept going round and round as did the lock. Thankfully my husband came to find out why I was away so long and came to my assistance otherwise heaven knows how long I would have been in there. At the same time as I was locked in the en suite and during the course of the night, there were drops of water coming from the extractor fan in said room. Sadly not the happy experience we had when we stayed in Suite 3 last year. I have taken photos of the ceiling stains and broken toilet knob.
