Friendly staff, responded quick to requests. Breakfast was basic, but enough choice for solid breakfast.
Room (family room) was small and not very clean.

I specifically searched for a hotel with airconditioning, since in September it still might be hot and I hate to stay in a hotel room which is too hot. Nevertheless the airco wasn't working when we arrived ( on a day where it had been 30+ degrees and the room therefore round 25degrees)and when I asked the reception, I was told that it was winter time and therefore the airco didn't operated anymore. If you advertise with airco in the room and it does only operate in specific periods, it should be noted on the room description, since I 'm now paying for a service you don't provide.
Besides the airco, room was clean and comfortable given the price range (small but sufficient for a one night stay with 2 adults and two teenagers).
