Rooms are basic, you know that when booking. But they are spotlessly clean and the bed is comfortable. There is plenty of floor space for luggage. The breakfast is absolutely great, everything you need. All the staff we met were lovely and really good with my daughter. The location was ideal for us. This visit was for Disneyland, the RER stop is a 12 minute walk (with a 4 year old) and Disneyland is just 2 stops away. I walked with my daughter alone each day and felt completely safe and confident with the area.
Only tiny thing was that I couldn't get the AC to work (not that we really needed it), not sure if this is turned on/off seasonally?

Really friendly receptionist at check in, plenty of secure parking available. Only heard other residents when we were checking out despite the hotel being busy and no road noise. Great value for money.
A bin in the room would have been helpful, but placed my rubbish in the cleaners bins in the morning.

Cheap and easy
The parking isn't secure. Even though it's gated. Someone tried breaking into our car. With a lot of damage to our car. The gate was closed so this means the person that tried to break in had access to the parking lot.
The hotel was okay. Hard beds and not the cleanest but for only a night sleep it's okay.
The damage to our car is hard on us we won't be back
$$$$
