Au pied du Sancy, le personnel a été formidable, a l’écoute et au petit soin avec mon chien et moi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Excellent accueil, le personnel est tres aimable et disponible. L'emplacement est parfait de par sa proximité des pistes et du téléphérique du Sancy. La chambre était confortable malgré sa petite taille.
Je recommande.
Chambre un peu petite pour 4 mais confort suffisant.
Le chauffage n'est pas réglable directement, il faut appeler la réception pour l'augmenter, ce qui n'est pas très pratique.
