Location. On a side street, but close to town.
The place is older, and needs cosmetic care inside and out.

Location was great: near to the old town and excavations, cafes, restaurants and beaches.
Nice view to the port.
Hosts Paris and his son Praxiteles were very friendly and informative.
Internet connection was extremely poor - even the ones of next door restaurants were better. We would come again, only provided it will be improved...
The shower booth had a shabby curtain; it should be replaced by a gliding door.
